First n foremost staff members have some other priorities rather than customer service. The way they treat us like beggars is unacceptable. I regret spending over a 1.2 k rupees in this outlet. Yesterday was my first and last visit to that outlet. I got my food after 20 mns that too without my one piece complement. Pieces are so small even I thought they made up with popcorn chicken instead of hot n crispy. I would not recommend this outlet at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic experience. Staff members are so Unwelcoming. Served after 20 mns from order taken. Quiet despite offer Wednesday. Never ever visit again. Struggled to find any difference between a wing n a chicken leg piece in a 10 piece bucket bcz pieces were absolutely small. Absolutely awe Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered KFC and was extremely disappointed. The chicken had black meat inside, which was very off-putting and completely ruined the meal. It looked unappetizing and made me question the freshness and quality of the food. For a brand like KFC, this is completely unacceptable. I expected much better. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
