Enjoy nicely cooked crispy fries, chicken biryani and chicken strips at this restaurant when you happen to be near it. Order good coffee. Clients don't like flija at KFC.

The staff who was taking our order at the counter (Dipsikha or something) added some extra items which we hadn't ordered. We explicitly told no cheese in the burgers, but it was added and we were charged. Also 2 dips were added without even asking us. I checked the bill after making payment and when I confronted the lady at the counter, they said their system do NOT allow ordering burger without the cheese. I had checked KFC online then and there and showed it indeed can be done. When I confronted the staff, they agreed to return the extra charges for the items which I didn't ordered. And they UPI'ed me the extra Rs225. Very sad to see such unethical, shady, cheap tactics to cheat the customers.
