Dear KFC Customer Care Team, I would like to bring to your notice an inconvenience I faced at KFC Ranjit Avenue. I visited the outlet and ordered a burger. After placing the order, the staff informed me that their card swipe machine was not working and asked me to arrange cash payment. I do not use UPI payments, and unfortunately, I did not have cash with me. I was accompanied by my friends who are visiting from Australia, and they only carry debit and credit cards. Due to this issue, we were unable to complete our order, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment. In today’s time, card payments are basic and essential, especially at an international brand like KFC. Customers, particularly international visitors, should not be asked to arrange cash due to internal technical issues. I request you to please look into this matter and ensure proper functioning of payment systems at your outlets so that customers do not face such problems in the future.
