I honestly feel like nobody at KFC — not even the higher management — cares about customer feedback anymore. I’ve noticed this at several KFC outlets now: service quality and staff numbers have dropped badly. They don’t even bother to give you a bill or ask for your phone number anymore. I ordered 2 burger meals, 1 rice bowl, and 6 hot wings, and it took over 30 minutes to get my food — and even then, I only got 5 wings because they said they were still cooking the next batch. That’s just unacceptable. KFC, you’ve built your name on great taste, but please work on your service and management before your reputation goes down the drain.
