No excuses in customer services. Restaurant is in high society but worst services. First of all, wet floor due to coke spilled all around in the walkway area. Many customers slipping, no one care. Secondly order placed and we sat down, after 10 minutes, where’s our order then staff taking our order again. While asked the reason, said light gone thats why we didn’t write your order. Ordered 8 pack wicked wings, but wings size are very small and undercooked. Really bad experience in food and services. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My recent experience at your KFC location (while enjoying the Chicken Ultimate Bucket) was unfortunately quite disappointing. The service was inattentive. Furthermore, the chicken lacked the expected freshness, and the Pepsi served was flat and without any fizz.I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a review of your food preparation and service standards to prevent similar disappointments for other customers.
