Today i went to KFC Aligarh and placed a order of all chicken box. first they marked my order ready but asked for time as the strips were not ready . I didn't said anything and waited for my order . But post getting my order i got to know even after waiting the chicken leg piece i got was stale I complained about the same they said you please sit we will send another fresh piece of the same i waited for some time and went again to reception for asking the the sales person didnt replied and i keep asking 2-3 times but she didnt replied then i put that leg piece on reception and went away. i tried calling store but they didnt picked up my phone i complained to kfc customer care they said they will provide solution but didnt provide either. I paid tyhe full amount but didnt get the required service and even the staff was not cooperative at all. Manager name is Zaid and Sales person name is Mantasha . WORST SERVICE BY KFC ALIGARH * If anyone knows where to complain regarding the same please reply. I am also attaching the Picture of the chicken piece. my order number is 953 dated 06/03/2026 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
