I visited KFC Akola today and was quite disappointed with the experience. I ordered the Wednesday ₹399 Chicken Combo, and the quality was far below expectations. Firstly, the chicken was served cold. I had to complain just to get it reheated in the oven. As a frequent visitor to this branch, I’ve noticed the quality is downgrading day by day. The leg pieces were dark, excessively oily, and the outer layer was loose instead of being signature KFC crispy. The taste simply isn't authentic compared to the KFC outlets I've visited in cities like Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
