The kiosk was not working, had to wait for a long time. After a while, I had to order from the counter and stand in the queue for a long time. The order preparation took too long, I waited for more than 30 mins. Their machines were not working and we couldn't see the menu and had to look up online. This branche is the worst KFC branch in Aizawl. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Parking: Out of all the KFC branche in Aizawl, they had the worst customer service. The fried chicken were tough and not even hot at all. None of their machines work. You have to go up to thei kitchen to pick up the orders. Worst
