Worst service ever order food today and after 15 min rider calls and told to cancel the order and after passing 30 min the store official of prahladnagar told that your order shows pick up but no one person has came to pick up and after almost two housr last they suggest to order from other application then kfc app waste of time and service is very disgusting Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The most USELESS KFC store I have ever visited in my Life!!! Poor management. Poor Planning, especially on Wednesdays. This outlet takes almost 35 minutes to serve the order. Other outlets serve the order in less than 10 minutes. Poor queue management as well. They don't even open the other ordering counter to manage the queue.
