As a regular customer at Kefday, I truly appreciate the clean ambience and the quality of food you offer — it’s reasonably priced compared to many other cafés in Calicut. However, I was quite disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. Some of the staff were rude and didn’t seem to understand how to treat customers respectfully. Good service is just as important as good food. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes improvements in this area. Not all staff are the issue, but a few definitely need training or replacement. Hoping to see better service on my next visit.
