I recently ordered from KC Falak, a restaurant I enjoy every time I go for dine in. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was far from satisfying, especially due to the stale chicken tikka I received.When I opened the container, the first thing I noticed was the lackluster appearance of the chicken tikka. The pieces of chicken were dry and lacked the vibrant, appetizing color you’d expect from freshly prepared tikka. My first bite confirmed my fears—the chicken was not only stale but also tough and chewy, indicating it had been sitting around for a while. The spices, which are usually the highlight of this dish, seemed muted and flavorless.I hope this feedback encourages the restaurant to address this issue, but as of now, I won’t be ordering anytime soon.
