Had dinner at Kay’s Krave yesterday, and honestly, it was such a bad experience. We ordered their Farm Pizza, and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had — super dry and tasteless. Tried their soup too; it tasted fine but was served in a broken bowl! Even after complaining, they took 10 minutes to replace it. The service was super slow, no coordination among staff, and overall, it felt really mismanaged. We even had to complain to the owner. Totally disappointed — not worth the visit. Very disappointed not worth the hype. Atmosphere: 1
