One of the worst karim's ever encountered. Staff is clueless. Even the flavours doesn't compare to authentic karim. Waste of time thinking this is the actual Karim's. Word of advice to the owners, look into the food you are serving. Make sure your staff is attentive, and keep the orginal taste. Ordered the chicken malai tikka roll and mutton shami kebab roll. I can't say which was the worst. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
