Karachi Bakery, once situated at GVK Towers on the bustling street of Visakhapatnam, seems to no longer welcome patrons as a bakery. While it was known for offering a range of fast food and desserts with a price level considered to be on the cheaper side, recent remarks suggest that the outlet may have been replaced by a different food and beverage establishment. There haven't been updates from the bakery or conclusive recent reviews to confirm its current status.
The last known feedback, dating back four years, was mixed, highlighting memorable desserts like a delightful Black Forest cake. Throughout the week, Karachi Bakery maintained operating hours from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it an accessible option for casual and dessert enthusiasts during all days. Despite these historical details, Karachi Bakery's current operations remain opaque, with limited listings on popular platforms and only a minimal profile on Zomato. If you're looking for a cozy fast food and dessert spot in Visakhapatnam, verify the existence and offerings of this establishment before visiting.
Everyone knows what Karachi Bakery is famous for, and I have had the same a million times, thanks to my Hyderabadi friends. But thanks to its proximity, when the bakery was right next door to our hotel I didn’t want to miss on this delicacy. That too with my family members not exposed to the biscuits there, I sure wanted to give them a treat.
We had our Arakku train trip planned for the next day so we were busy filling up our snack boxes with all sort of stuff. Thanks to the heavy lunch in Sathyam opposite to the bakery we couldn’t indulge in desserts in Karachi Bakery so we resorted to our usual Fruit biscuits and a Cheese Ball packet. Cheese Ball was little costlier compared to the Cheetos outside but the urge to eat made me buy it. It was cheesier than Cheetos too. Fruit Biscuits, needless to say was yummy as it was a trademark Karachi Bakery thing.
Every bite had a sense of chocolate plus chocolate chips
