I recently had the pleasure of dining at 'କଞ୍ଚାଲଙ୍କା' hotel and it was a delightful experience. I ordered the ପଖାଳ and a veg plate and I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and taste of the dishes. The veg plate was an assortment of delicious items including ଆମ୍ବ ଚଟଣି, ଆଳୁ ଭର୍ତା, ବାଇଗଣ ଭର୍ତା, ବଡ଼ି ଚୁରା, ଭଜା, ପାପଡ଼, and ଶାଗ. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly complemented the ପଖାଳ. The ଆମ୍ବ ଚଟଣି was a tangy delight, while the ଆଳୁ and ବାଇଗଣ ଭର୍ତା were rich and flavorful. The ବଡ଼ି ଚୁରା added a nice crunch, and the ଭଜା and ପାପଡ଼ were crispy and well-seasoned. The ଶାଗ was cooked to perfection, retaining its natural flavors. Overall, the meal was a wonderful blend of traditional tastes and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend 'କଞ୍ଚାଲଙ୍କା' hotel for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, authentic cuisine.
