I have probably told 801 times, stop packing hot food in illegal poison leaching plastic boxes, just use simple silver pouches, the cheapest but of highest health factor and sustainable, easy to handle. What is YOUR problem if the customer asks for silver pouch only?! You are selling foods, not plastic.

I recently ordered the mutton dish from Kalingas today, and I have to say, the experience was deeply disappointing. I felt compelled to write this because the gap between what they charge and what they deliver is simply too wide to ignore. Honestly, the food felt wrong. I ordered mutton, but what I received felt like a completely different, lower-quality meat and taste was completely different. The prices at Kalingas are simply exorbitant. They are charging rates you'd expect from a great dining experience in a 3-star hotel, yet the food quality suggests they have absolutely no respect for the customer. It's frustrating when a place clearly operates with the mindset that customers are just wallets who can afford to pay high prices, without earning that money through quality food. As an Odia person in Bangalore looking for a taste of home—that authentic, desi-style food—I feel particularly let down. We seek out places like this to fill a cultural need, and it seems Kalingas is taking advantage of that loyalty and longing. They are providing the bare minimum while charging a premium, and it makes the entire experience feel exploitative. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food freshly prepared is tasty. But, they deliver stale food as well. I have received stale food multiple times. Today it crossed the threshold, so writing this review.
