I wanted to visit this place since I saw it the first time. A beautiful setup and loved the concept of this cafe. I enter the place, greet the lady at the counter but no response from her side. We sit outside ready to order. A guy comes and we order with him. He was polite and was about to go back to kitchen and then the same lady visits our table. The first thing she says is are you going to take photography? If you are then you have to do a bill of 500 rs. Don't judge a customer. We already ordered and we will order more. Give us time to enjoy the place guys. Making the customer comfortable first and then politely saying your rules or whatever with an intent to not be come out as rude to customers is important. We order 1 drink or 1 dish, at the end, we are customers. Couldn't stay at a place which I wanted to visit since long time because of poor customer service. I hope the management takes this strongly with staffs to not lose customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Except for the name, there is nothing Greek about this place. But leave that aside, The food is just bad. I'm sorry if I hurt any feelings. We ordered the gyro which tasted like it came from KFC. Nothing special. But leave that aside, The pilaf comes with a slab of paneer soaked in white sauce. The white sauce is too heavy on the maida. With a texture of mashed potato but not being potato, kind of a let down. The pineapple rice was a let down. But leave that aside, Ordered a hazelnut milkshake and banana smoothie. There was no difference in taste. Both tasted like cold milk with sprinklers. More flavour was definitely needed. But leave that aside, The onion rings were the only thing on the menu that was good. I'm certain with 4.5 rating and 1k+ people rating the place, I must have come on a bad day. I'm going to visit again soon. Today was just a let down. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
