I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff service was extremely poor. I specifically asked at the beginning whether they had items like chapathi or porotta, and was told they only had biriyani and chicken rice. However, I later saw them serving idiyappam and naan to other customers. To make matters worse, the biriyani they served me seemed like leftover food from lunch—it was cold and tasted very average. The kalmi kebab was even worse: rubbery, poorly cooked, and nearly inedible. This place clearly lacks honesty and quality in both service and food. Definitely not recommended. Usually im fan of tender BEEF PHAL KABAB , SHEEK & KALMI KABAB at KABAB HOTSPOT since it's started. But at last day of Ramzan ate sahr food at KABAB HOTSPOT. As a 1st customer of the day. The food was delicious especially the chaaps and kurma was finger licking with white khushka. Thank unfor the service. EID MUBARAK.
