Pathetic service waited for 1hr long for a starter they should shut down this section if they don’t need customers anymore and only keep the remaining area for entertaining the customers

The bst thing about this place is its one of the only few good lounges located in kothrud area.. I am a regular at this place since its near by my place n i dont have to go all the way to KP...anywayz speaking of k-lounge itss has a decent seating area with comfortable couches n chairs.. Service is average..if u order beer they will get it for u in no time but u hav to wait if u ask for water....time taken to serve food is same compared to anyother lounge but somwtime u may be annoyed to find your food served cold...bst part is the affordable beer tower they serve here the ....it can keep a group of drinkers busy for a while... happy hour is laughable as u get only a foster pint for 30 rps less rest all is same ....waiters n managers are friendly n they wont rush you in anyway....luckly all prices are inclusive of taxes so no surprises in the bill and those who carry sodexo meal pass the manager can help u pay your food bill with them..i would rate this place on ambience-3.5Service-3.5 , food- 3 , VFM- 3.5 It will cost you 850-1000 bucks per person .Let me know if u like my review.
