We wanted to plan a birthday party for 25 people in December and came for a trial dinner as a family of 4. Highly disapointed with the food. We've previously held functions with ITC Welcom and the food was the best in Dwarka, but this time around the food really disappointed us. The server touched our breads with bare hands while showing that the naan is below the rotis in the bread basket, which is an unhygeinic practice. Furthermore, one of us was still finishing their dinner while the staff cleared the table and gave finger bowls. The hotel is not maintained like it used to be, the candle holders fixtures are now hanging from the walls and half of the candles were not even lit. The restaurant has lost it's premium ambience like it used to. I would not recommend this restaurant to my fellow readers and urge ITC to fund this property and reclaim it's lost charm.

thanku u for Unwelcome at your place. you RUINED our anniversary lunch. we had made lunch reservation thru Zomato for 1.30 pm on 8th July 24.after driving for 40 mins we reach there and found restaurant Closed.HEIGT of UNPROFESSIONAL services THANKS once again for RUINING Anniversary of a Sr Citizen Couple
