2/5 stars Unacceptable Experience I recently visited and was extremely disappointed. The bakery: KM Bakery - Failed to provide the ordered parcel - Refused to give a refund - Wouldn't share contact information (phone number) to resolve issues or allow communication with the owner - Blamed us for the issues instead of resolving them This lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. Not providing contact information makes it difficult for customers to address concerns. This wasn't about the money; it was about being misled and disrespected. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable Please add any contact details. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
