I am guilty enough not to know about this restaurant, and after discovering it, i call Jyoti Lunch Home and Bar as among the best NonVeg restaurants in Mulund Area.
Another recommendation here is Agri Mutton, Mangalorean Chicken Sukka, and Paneer lasoni.
Probably not a family restaurant as you will see liquor on the table.
