One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The service at Ebon is extremely poor and reflects rude behavior. It made us feel as though we were there asking for free food rather than being paying customers. Moreover, we expect service staff to guide and assist customers, not to treat them with attitude. I have dined at many star hotels as well as local restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

We were pleasantly surprised to have such a decent hotel in the locality. The rooms were very spacious, clean the bath was to the standards of hotels of 3-star and above in India. Staff were polite and accommodating. Great views from the window of our room

From the very first consultation, the meticulous planning and coordination by Mr Kurian Johnny was truly remarkable. He guided us through every step, anticipating our needs and offering invaluable suggestions that transformed our vision into a beautiful reality. The attention to detail ensured that every element, from the ceremony setup to the reception decor, was executed flawlessly and with an air of sophisticated elegance. The seamless coordination of F&B manager Mr Sunil along with Manu and others, allowed us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion, knowing everything was in capable hands. The hotel itself provided the perfect setting. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was impeccable, from the lobby to the event hall and dining hall.The ambiance was simply stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests. We were particularly impressed by the well-ventilated halls and rooms, which ensured comfort for everyone. The bridal suite, in particular, was a serene and beautifully appointed haven. And then there was the food! The excellent feast provided exceeded all our expectations. The culinary team lead by Chefs Akhil and Jithin,worked closely with us to craft a menu that perfectly reflected our preferences, and the quality, presentation, and taste of every dish were exceptional. Our guests are still raving about the delicious “ pazham payasam “! Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made our wedding an elegant and truly joyous celebration.
