I had a very different experience, my purpose of the call was to follow up my order, due to the tech issues from their side the delivery was bit delayed. Since Im pregnant and my due was nearing I requested them to send it asap as I was craving badly for thier salted cookies. Mr kuldeep, he is the director of the company is so kind person he sent a choco chip cookies as a compliment for my cravings. So kind hearted and humble person. Ooty Goodies is the best place in Ooty to get your cookie needs satisfied. There are so many varieties of cookies available and all taste amazing. The butter cookies and chocolate cookies especially are ones to salivate for. Must try on your next trip to Ooty (or even from your home as they deliver pan India). The owner Mr. Kuldeep is a very hospitable person and made me try all the yummy cookies before I decided which ones to buy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
