I called them to reconfirm that I ordered eggless but they said I ordered the one with egg then they said it was their mistake and did not read properly and assured me to send eggless. Despite all this drill, they've not sent us eggless!! Such a shame being the renowned brand ages following poor protocols and untrained employees with zero efficiencies and spoiling the customers' big day by not letting them eat their piece of cake!!! How can you be so less dignified just bake??? Even the packaging was tacky no tape stuck so that the pastry didn't move during delivery. Like just shut down instead of playing with people's emotions! I could give you zero instead or a negative rating you don't deserve one too.
