We had a terrible experience at this place. The service was extremely slow, and we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for even basic requests.. However, the worst part was the behavior of the owner, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At one point, he even seemed like he wanted to start a fight. It was shocking and completely out of line for someone running a business. A hotel should be a place of hospitality, not a place where customers feel uncomfortable and mistreated.
