One particular staff member behaved extremely rudely with me. I was pretty surprised how he can remain engaged in making personal calls keeping the customer waiting for a long duration. When complained he taunted, sounded derisive and even expressed his grievance that why the concerned customer is speaking in English ! How can he dictate what language I would choose. It is a personal choice or practice. I never used any foul language. Pretty disgusted with this kind of rude service. Since I love certain biscuits from Just Baked, I went to buy and got treated impolitely and rudely. I never intend to visit this particular outlet anymore . Thank you. This is the only reason why I am rating the store with a single star. Unfortunate! Pretty bad experience . Price per person: ₹1–200

Good place, reasonable, fresh delicious food and pretty decent coffee. Something that stands out for a pastry shop is that it has 6-8 people seating capacity. Customer service and friendliness could use some work though. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: They won’t be able to cater any specialised dietary restrictions but they will have some basic options.

Terrible customer service, I brought a sandwich and was sitting for a little more than 30mins, there was no one other customer in the store, they asked me to purchase more items or leave the store, because apparently the cctv camera is running or something like that. Seriously! extremely flawed and pathetic customer service. I would understand if the store was getting full, but that was not the case. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
