Food delivery is a big plus of Just Bake Whitefield. The annoying staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this place. A number of visitors who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Highly unprofessional. No one bothered to call & inform me regarding the unavailability, inspite of them having my mobile number. I found out half an hour before i needed it that too becuse i called else perhaps they just wouldn't have shown up all together..where am I supposed to order a cake last minute??
To top it all while I was discussing the issue with the person on the phone in the evening, he understood the entire issue, then asked me to hold while he kept talking to different people & then just hung up without saying anything...highly appalling behavior & complete disregard for customers...they lack basic human courtesies as well apart from highly irresponsible behavior.
I ordered from them once for one of my monthly office party, henceforth will never oreder from them again. Will fine someone more responsible for our monthly office birthday parties as well.
