Very bad experience. I ordered a mango cake through Swiggy, but later received a call saying there was no mango cake and was asked if butterscotch cake would be okay. I agreed. I had also added an instruction to write “Happy Birthday Amma” since the cake was for my mom’s birthday. Not only did they give me an entirely different cake, but they also ignored my instruction and didn’t write anything on it. To make things worse, they are not even answering my calls. I ordered a designer cake from Just Bake’s online platform for a surprise birthday delivery. The cake tasted great and looked fantastic. The delivery was on time, which I truly appreciate. However, the response time was quite slow, they took 3 to 4 days to confirm my order even after full payment. Also, the delivery charge was more than double the normal rate, and I was informed about it just an hour before delivery, despite the location being just 4 km away. If you're ordering online from Just Bake Chengannur, expect delays in confirmation and last-minute delivery charge updates. But in terms of taste and design, they did a great job..
