I ordered a designer cake from Just Bake’s online platform for a surprise birthday delivery. The cake tasted great and looked fantastic. The delivery was on time, which I truly appreciate. However, the response time was quite slow, they took 3 to 4 days to confirm my order even after full payment. Also, the delivery charge was more than double the normal rate, and I was informed about it just an hour before delivery, despite the location being just 4 km away. If you're ordering online from Just Bake Chengannur, expect delays in confirmation and last-minute delivery charge updates. But in terms of taste and design, they did a great job.. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Dear all, I want to share my experience with this shop. 1.I bought a black forest cake for father in low's birthday .. 2. Cake was really worst. 3.Cake sponge was very hard. I had a bad experience with my life ..please don't buy birthday cake at this place
