If there was a 0 star I would have given that. Just Bake website is misleading, they say delivery in Chennai is possible at extra charges. They charge you also, but never provide the service. I booked a cake delivery with additional charges, for a delivery in 2 days. Got an email confirmation with order ID. Kept following up on email if all is in order, no response. Then noticed a WhatsApp customer service number and while it was AI generated messages at least through that I found out that they went ahead and cancelled the order without even informing me. This was on the morning of the actual surprise delivery. I started following up on email with them again, as to why they did this, and where’s my refund. Then they finally reply saying they informed the recipient!!! Can you believe that? For a surprise bday cake delivery, where I had given special instruction that it’s a surprise, they had the audacity of calling that same person to inform about cancellation. Logic just died a 1000 deaths! This was my first experience with Just Bake, and I swear this is my last. Terrible service, never again. Stay away from their delivery service.
