Owner of this cafe is shameless. We ordered chilli patato and noodles from this cafe. After taking approx 1 hour only chilli patato came. When we took first bite we told the owner that it's not fully cooked and patato are mostly undercooked. In place of accepting that he started to argue. When immediately stood up and told him that we r not gonna eat it and asked if there is any charge. He charged us for a under cooked meal that we didn't even ate 2 bites.
