Junos was to prepare live pizzas at an event of ours. We had contacted them one month in advance. They had enough time to come and review the premise. They came 2 days before the event to figure the plug points etc. They were to provide pizzas and garlic bread with cheese live. Our event started at 5.. at 6 pm not one pizza was ready for service... guess why .. thier oven wasn't working !! God knows what they did till 6 pm. But it was the most embarrassing thing for us as junos was our main food at the event ! After that we called for 50 junos pizzas. The guys did not even have any decency to compensate or try and make up for the event. We have them a chance to make up but still did not do anything. The guy Amar managing left at 6 and did not come back to attend to the crisis either !!!! They had said thier proprietor would call for apology but we never got any communication. I strongly advise against calling them for any event. Sure home deliver your pizzas but avoid for events !
