This is a clean and hygienic restaurant which is hard to find in the area. However, I felt that the so-called claims for their secret recipe and masala are just for the hype. We had breakfast and lunch from the place including their famous Biriyani. To my disappointment it was just an overpriced mediocre biriyani with too much random spices and bland tasting chicken. Their egg dosa was also not well cooked and I tasted raw batter. Sometimes, the chutney didn't have salt. i would suggest the place if you want something hygienic but overpriced. Also, strangely they don't sell tea or coffee here which is too bad for a cold place like Kodaikanal. Yday 9 July i had lunch at Jr. Kuppanna. Quite a bit disappointed. Firstly, even at 1245 pm, they told me only biryani is ready.. It will take another 30 minutes for meals to get ready. And Chicken biryani was quite a disappointment.
