Very Disappointing Experience at Kuppanna, Kodaikanal I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. The Non-Veg Thali did not include several items that were clearly mentioned on the menu. Important dishes like mutton kolambu were not served at all. When we asked about missing items,they have no words for that but the staff insisted on charging extra for veg curry and rice.Their explanation was unclear, and they simply said whether its mentioned “unlimited” any where in menu without providing any proper justification.more over pappad was served end of my meal. We trusted the brand name, but the service quality and the unavailability of many listed items were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this hotel.

Yday 9 July i had lunch at Jr. Kuppanna. Quite a bit disappointed. Firstly, even at 1245 pm, they told me only biryani is ready.. It will take another 30 minutes for meals to get ready. And Chicken biryani was quite a disappointment.
