I visited Juneberry Cheesecake & Coffee Shop at Atlanta Mall, Surat, and it was honestly a waste of money. I tried their cookies, and both were a complete disappointment. The taste was extremely poor, nothing fresh or enjoyable, and the texture was more like stale leftovers. For the premium price they charge, the quality was nowhere close to acceptable. Just look at the pictures I’ve attached — this is what they actually served as “cookies.” It looks like something straight out of the dustbin, not a café-quality dessert. I felt like my hard-earned money was completely wasted. To make things worse, the outlet owner even contacted me on my personal Instagram after my feedback. I politely replied, but then there was no further response — either too busy, forgot, or simply careless about customer complaints. That clearly shows how little they care about genuine feedback. Overall, my experience deserves only 2/10, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their money or tastebuds. Definitely not worth it.
