I’ve been a regular customer of Jumbo King, but recently had a very disappointing experience at their Goregaon Station (West) outlet. They are not providing bills to customers. They have removed all weekday offers without notice. When asked, the staff had no proper explanation. They are also not updating customer contact numbers, which seems intentional. This feels like a franchise-level scam and is clearly against fair consumer practices. If you're removing offers and refusing bills, what's really going on behind the scenes? I’ve decided to raise this publicly and also file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Jumbo King’s corporate team. @JumbokingIndia – I hope you’re aware of what’s happening under your brand at this location.
