Had such a great experience here. We celebrated our birthday here and it was such a great day. Food was amazing and the ambience too. Special shoutout to Aakash and his team for helping me out with the birthday decor, food recommendations and everything. Do ask for Aakash for food recommendations, he has the best ones.From reserving to the last minute it was really great experience, will definitely come back here for other occasions.

Visited Juliette Cafe and Bar with a group of six friends and unfortunately the entire experience turned into complete chaos. First incident — a staff member came to our table and took our order. After about five minutes, another staff member approached us and informed us that the earlier person was new and apparently not authorized to take orders. So we had to repeat the entire order again from scratch. Not a great start. Second incident — while our order was being prepared, another gentleman from the staff informed us that since it was International Women's Day, mocktails were buy one get one free. Based on that information we ordered six mocktails. They served them and the drinks were decent, nothing extraordinary. But when the bill arrived, to our surprise they had charged for all six mocktails. When we pointed it out, there was confusion and no clear explanation. Third incident — the food arrived, and honestly the portions were shockingly small. I have rarely seen such tiny portions at a café. To make things worse, they had not even served the complete order. When we asked about the missing items, the staff said they had “missed reading the KOT properly,” which is quite surprising for a place like this. To their credit, they did try to make up for the situation by serving a complimentary sweet dish and a sizzler, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience left us disappointed. The place definitely needs serious improvement in management, coordination, portion size, and consistency in service. A nice ambience alone cannot compensate for such a disorganized dining experience. Hoping they fix these issues soon. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
