Ordered a caramel coffee, black tea and hot chocolate. I got two regular coffees and a black tea instead. No hot chocolate. Some of the coffee had leaked into the bag. Fries (Chipotle and Peri Peri) were not well made either. The order was already late, so we expected quality at least.
