My own bitter experience when I went there with my 2 year old child who was very much in need for a Juice. Asked the counter staff for a mango Juice and went to a table with my son. Atleast for 15 mins nobody came near to us after that. I reminded them again and requested to make it fast. Thereafter I saw they were serving orders for those who have come after us.Also they are busy in taking other orders for people who came as a group. I couldn't tolerate the repeated request of my son for the mango juice that we ordered as he was very thirsty and tired at that time. I went to the counter again but this time the people there have no idea about that. I realised that nobody was preparing anything for my child and me. I told them SORRY for troubling them and left the shop. I took an auto and went to Guruvayoor and found a Juice counter at Taste Palace, Guruvayoor. Thanks for the young guy who realised the importance of serving the order in time. Good and Responsible customer Service is much cheaper than Paid Promotions .
