Worst experience, two lady at the reception busy with doing nothing and least bother to attend the customer, asked for waffle and gave candy waffle, and though I asked for doing it fast, there was no any preorder as well they were doing timepass,and least bothered about customers demand. Gave candy waffle worst in taste and messy . Never recommended and please ask your receptionist to show some hospitality. We took hongkong bubble waffle fruit interaction. This was for Rs 320. It was supposed to have matcha which is Japanese bright green coloured tea. Instead they added artificial dark green colour with no hint of actual matcha. This is CHEATING!! Also the colour was intense and affected our digestion. I want RCity Mall authority and waffle world mgmt to take strict action and close down this place. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
