The quality has just dropped!! Way below the expectations. Bought a lot of sweets and savouries and none were good. The lady at the cash counter often will say the product is not fresh if you take a small pack and tries to sell a bigger pack. Noticed the same behaviour for 3 customers while I was in the store. She needs training on not to false sell a product. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Sam,We have trained our staff to always put quality first. Therefore if there is a fresher batch (whether it’s a bigger or smaller pack) they will always ensure the customers know this. Still, we will investigate this matter with the manager today. Its very nice palnir branch and sales girls are very good cooperative and effortable with best communications skills as sales best of luck for city bakery next ciming branch.
