Gave wrong order and when complained, they claimed that I gave the wrong order instead of saying that they might have heard it wrong. Flavor is below average, courtesy is zero.

A big disappointment with grand slam smoothie from juice lounge, Mall of India, Noida. I was excited for the smoothie so confirmed from the staff before ordering about the thickness which the staff confirmed the same. It's not worth, the smoothie doesn't have the thickness or you can say it wasn't dense, feels like I was having a juice. I make milkshakes at home which is dense but the juice lounge experience was very bad. I don't recommend others to try in juice lounge instead go for Thickshake in Vasant Kunj.
