Dear Juice Adda Management/ Juice adda customers I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I had previously enjoyed your food in December 2024 and revisited your restaurant frequently that month. However, my visit in February 2025 was significantly different. On this occasion, I ordered the baby corn rice and paneer dry. Both dishes were excessively spicy, far beyond what I consider palatable. The paneer dry, in particular, was overwhelmed by red chili spice, detracting from the overall flavor profile. Unfortunately, I experienced adverse health effects following this meal. While I cannot definitively attribute these issues solely to your food, I am concerned about the potential correlation. I also observed a change in the fast food chef during this visit. While I understand staff turnover is common, the quality of food preparation is ultimately the responsibility of the restaurant owner. Ensuring the culinary team is well-trained and maintains consistent standards is crucial for customer satisfaction and safety. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Juice Adda to individuals who prioritize their health or have spice sensitivities. While I understand taste preferences are subjective, the level of spice in my dishes was excessive and potentially detrimental.
