The first time I visited, it was during peak hours and we had to wait for almost an hour. The place was overcrowded and our food arrived late, which left us a bit disappointed.However, this time I visited in the afternoon and everything went smoothly. The service was quick and the food arrived on time. I ordered the Cheese Mushroom Dosa (5/5) and the Ghee Podi Idli (4/5) – both were delicious. I also tried the Chikoo Dates Shake (5/5), which was refreshing and full of flavor.Overall, a great experience this time around – definitely worth visiting during non-peak hours for a more pleasant outing.

I recently visited Juggernaut Restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed by the poor service. Despite being half-empty, we had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a menu. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, with repeated reminders needed for basic requests like water or cutlery. Our food arrived cold and lacked the quality expected from a place of such reputation. Even billing took an unusually long time, adding to the frustration. The overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional, leaving a negative impression. For a restaurant that claims excellence, the service at Juggernaut fell far below acceptable standards. Not recommended.
