We went first time at this branch, but we are a regular at their GK location from many years. The food was shockingly very bad, the coconut chutney tasted bad & was sour. Same was for vada & Uttapam they tasted stale. Ghee roast masala dosa was softer than a chapatti. Overall very bad experience, we know that this is not how other branches of juggernaut in Delhi are. They are much better. However, staff was nice to us & they acknowledged that food might be tasting this way because of weather. Still highly disappointed, since it’s juggernaut, I as a customer expect good quality food round the year. Serving stale food should be unacceptable, it can lead to major health issues in this weather.

Charging prices more than what is there on the menu. I forgot to match the rate at the restaurant but when I matched the bill from the menu here on District app (which is said to be updated 13 days ago), there is a huge difference! Please confirm.

Idli served was not fresh as well it was such hard that wooden spoon broke instead cutting it. Not expected such quality at a place expert of such dishes. Should be checked by a quality manager before serving. This poor service was at barakhamba branch.
