We are a regular costumer of Jubilee bakery & no doubt their cakes are scrumptious. But to my shock today when I order a cake it had a cockroach creeping on top. This was very disappointing as it ruined out special moment & on top of that we may now end up losing trust over Jubilee.I request to maintain hygiene cause the safety of customers is in your hands which will now be questioned.
