Very bad food quality..oreo shake did not have Oreo..nutrella shake did not have nutrella..food was tasteless..chicken patty used in burger was bland

Ordered the Tofu Banh Mi Sandwich. Delivery was pretty quick, and the food was well packed. The accompanying fries were disappointingly soggy and seemed unseasoned. The sandwich itself was pretty good, although I would've preferred a larger ratio of filling to bread. Also, the pickled vegetables in the sandwich were a little too sweet, and not tangy. The mayo didn't seem spiced at all, either.
Overall, a pretty okay experience, not too great.

After reading in a blog about best burgers in Delhi NCR in which Joocy was mentioned, ordered from you guys yesterday Joocy lamb & bacon burger with Snickers Shake. I have to tell you it was a big let down as all the items from the burger buns to fries to the shake, nothing of those justified your high rating on Zomato. The burger bun was soggy and wet from the bottom, and it left out crumbs in my hand while trying to eat it. The fries were also very soggy, not even a bit crispy. The shake was even not good, had to add some more Snickers, ice and sugar to make it drinkable.

Only the lamb and bacon Patty was good, but again the Patty is of no use if the buns are wet.

Overall experience of Joocy in one word was SOGGY.
