Among other Italian cuisune places to visit, this restaurant can be one of the greatest. Many people visit Jolene by the Sea to try perfectly cooked pizza and good fish. There is a magnificent view from this place. Many guests note that the hostess is pleasant here. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. If you do not pay much attention to surroundings, terrific decor won't spoil your evening. It's a good place with the peaceful ambiance. But clients rate this restaurant below average on Google.

I stumbled upon Jolene by the Sea almost by chance, and it turned out to be one of those places that instantly feels like Goa in a frame , airy cabana vibes, swaying palms, and a sea view that makes you want to linger. The entrance is as polished as the interiors, though when we visited around 3–4 pm most of the food menu wasn’t being served. We were here for dessert anyway, so that worked out, but it’s worth noting. We tried their signature Great Chocolate Wall of Anjuna, and while it looked stunning and the caramel-ganache richness did melt in the mouth, the bill - nearly ₹700 with taxes , felt steep for a single portion. The beverage menu overall leans heavily towards cocktails and craft beverages, which is clearly a big draw if you come with friends. Service Service, however, deserves its own mention. When we asked for a painkiller for a headache, they didn't have it but the manager came over with a simple chilled-water remedy. Surprisingly, it worked like magic and the headache disappeared. That kind of personal care stood out and made the experience warmer despite the otherwise high end, polished setting. It’s small touches like this that keep a place from feeling impersonal. The cafe was completely empty during our visit but seating was comfortable with plenty of cushions, and the whole space still had that dreamy, Instagram perfect charm I’d been looking forward to. It’s definitely one of Goa’s most photogenic cafés, perfect for when you want to splurge on food and fill your gallery with sunset shots. But for a casual lunch or dinner, the sky-high prices make it harder to justify. This place has immense potential, and I genuinely hope they fine-tune their food and beverage section to match the gorgeous setting. The pricing especially could use some rethinking , not to strip away the premium feel, but to make it feel more accessible and justified for what’s served. As someone who has been to Goa frequently and has tried quite a few high end spots, I found Jolene to be priced even higher than most, especially considering the portion sizes. If they manage to balance that out, this cafe could easily become a go to spot rather than a one time indulgence. Verdict: Gorgeous space and worth it for the vibe and photos, but not the spot I’d recommend if you’re watching your budget.
