I recently had a disappointing experience at John & Co Bakery Supermarket. The lady owner reprimanded a staff member in front of me, but what upset me more was her reaction to my smoking a cigarette outside after having tea and snacks. As a regular customer who frequently shops there, I felt disrespected by her behavior. It's essential for businesses to recognize that they rely on customers, not the other way around. Unfortunately, this incident led me to stop visiting the store. I believe that customers deserve better treatment and respect. Thank you. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
