Worst service. It was great before which is why we came often but now service has deteriorated. Dal was burnt and when we complained, it was not changed and response from staff was rude. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Ordered home delivery on 29th March 2025. Delivery location was at K. T. Nagar, Katol Road. Delivery time was 8.30pm. Food was delivered before time at 8.23pm My 80 years old parents were at home they took time to pay the amount and the delivery person's behaviour was sheer nonsense. I reached home at 8.25pm and settled the bill. The delivery person was impatient to even wait for 2mins. He did not have any regards for senior citizens and did not have any control over his language. He said, " babaji toh jagah se hil hi nahe rahe hai" ( babaji - he meant to my 80 years old father). He also said, " inse toh packet hi nahi uthaya ja raha hai"( inse- he meant my mother who is 79 years old). For your kind information - my father cannot walk and my mother had 4 surgeries on her left leg, the recent one being one year ago. This incident happened infront of me as luckily I reached home at 8.25pm to witness it. Jog hospitality you all should be ashamed of this kind of behaviour and if you all are incapable of catering to the needs of the customer then please while taking order do not accept orders where senior citizens may receive the delivery.
