We can confirm were made fresh today - we actually make small quantities more often in the day to ensure freshness and quality. Your puffs were in the hot case counter and therefore were not cold/frozen when sent. The sandwiches, however would be cold, most certainly not frozen as that’s just not possible. Sandwiches are traditionally served cold, unless you choose to grill it, which wasn’t the case. We also don’t recommend grilling a chicken Mayo and chicken junglee sandwich, the 2 you ordered. If in the future you would like us to slightly heat the sandwiches before sending, please do put that in the ‘instructions to restaurant’ section.
